Extremely slow process
The complete disregard for a customers time - when someone is expected to come into your store 3 days in a row to open a new contract.
1.Day 1- to get sign up and await vetting 2. Day 2- port your existing number 3. Day 3- pick up the mobile device
I’ll keep to my current provider thank you. I will never support such a pathetic service vendor.
