Extremely rude and useless staff

I cannot believe the rudeness and uselisity of MTN they cannot help and cannot give any assistance. The Call centre staff were extremely rude and useless, I have called MTN numerous times and cannot help. They say I failed verification questions. I done a sim swop at the store and cannot receive any calls. Now when I call the call centre they cannot assist.
