extremely rude agent.

Good day <br> <br> I called in twice to get assistance with a few irregularities on the balance on my account. Initially I spoke to Terrence who was helpful but couldn't really help on my query to an extent that I could understand which resulted in him escalating the matter to a supervisor that would call me back after a long call he/she was apparently on , now hours later I'm still waiting but I suppose it's network issues cause that's the only answer you get at MTN. I then took it upon myself to call back as instructed earlier and this is when I got through to \Mamela"which in English means LISTEN and I call her this as that is what I was told throughout the call in a rude and unpleasant manner . I guess this type of attitude is encouraged and not being addressed at all or one wouldn't be so comfortable in speaking anyhow with someone they don't even know. I am extremely disappointed in every way possible. I know my matter might not even be looked into because im just 1 person in a number of clients MTN has"
