Extremely poor service with contracts not being adhered to

I took out a contract on the 3 January 2018 which specified that you get a great start with Two Months of your contract on us . Sign up or upgrade today and only pay for 22 months. This seems simple and I opted for this contract. Unfortunately my contracts still states 24 months and I have been deducted every month even though I was advised that I would not pay anything for the first two months. A query has been raised on the 22 January 2018 and to date no resolution. It is now almost 4 months later and nothing. 4 calls later and still no resolution. I have spoke to Portia, Zethu Bopela, Clinton Pillay and now finally to Max Maesela. I have been shoved from pillar to post and no resolution. Promises of being called back does not materialize
