Extremely Poor Service

I'm writing this review for my parents as they asked me. They bought a BULLITT CAT 560 RUGGED Cellphine on contract on the 27/12/2016 at MTN. Within a few days the phone started to give problems, then they changed the phone for us to a Samsung phone, mtn had to change the contract to a 24 month contract, that they never did. December 2018 we went to Cradlestone Mtn branch, we spoke to Thato to hear what's going on. Thato confirmed that the people at MTN head office never changed the contract as they should have done it,and said he will change it for us and gave us this ref nr: #649072 When then again never heard anything back from mtn then we phoned mtn and spoke to Jokey to hear if they've eventually canceled the contract as we discussed earlier, he just want to sell us a new upgrade phone and we don't want to upgrade as they should have canceled the contract. And none of them did their jobs. He said he can't do anything about it cause Thato is on leave..... He should have come back to us and never did. It's costing us allot of airtime to phone Mtn the whole time as Mtn stuff is not doing their work. We had to pay another R600 in December 2018 as Mtn didn't do their work,and the contract already expired then but they've never canceled it. We want our R600 back from Mtn. We refuse to pay another R600 the end of this month as nobodys coming back to us and don't do their jobs. No this is our problem. We are very disappointed in Mtn service if you can hardly call it service and will never make use of them again. We want compensation for all our phone calls we had to make to mtn as it costs us allot of money. And the R600 we had to pay December. We are not going to pay another installment this Month. Please rectify it immediately and stop the contract. I mean really we are old people and are not supposed to sit with this unnecessary stress and problems.
