Extremely poor service from MTN store Mall@Reda

I am being extremely generous by giving MTN Mall@Reds store a 1 rating because if there was a negative rating I would give the rating. I've done a sim swop on Monday afternoon and that is after waiting at the store for about 8 hours waiting for a sim swop to be done. Today 2023/08/03 which is about 36 hours later I am still waiting for a sim swop to be made. I've been a loyal costumer of MTN for as long as I can remember but the service I got from this store is extremely poor. My business is stuck and I've lost thousands of Rands in the 36 hours I've not been connected. They keep giving me excuse after excuse to an extent I tend to feel like maybe I might be hacked or the people working at the store might know the person who stole my phone in the first place because I don't know what to think anymore.
