Extremely poor service from MTN accounts

I have now for 6 months tried to get MTN to debt my Capitec saving account with my contract instalment of just under R500. Many phone calls and even spending more than hour at the office in Atlasville a month ago,did not help.Every month the amount stay R450. It is truly sad that MTN is not capable of rectifying this simple request.
