Extremely poor service from MTN

I am warring you about the poor service from MTN. I took out a month to month contract from MTN with the understanding that you can cancel anytime. So to cancel is a massive challenge in itself but after a massive struggle I could return my device and obtain the so called IRMS number. I then receive an email confirming the cancellation fro the 30/07/2024. Great you think. on the 4th MTN still bills you the contract amount. So I phoned to find out no it was not cancelled even though you have a written email confirming the cancellation. Now no one at MTN can fix this and refund me my money after 4hrs of calls. MTN customer care and service is absolutely pathetic - my advice seriously reconsider before going into business with MTN
