Extremely poor service delivery from MTN

Extremely disappointing MTN service. We have experienced consistently poor Wi-Fi speeds despite paying for a 60 Mbps line. We have lodged numerous complaints and received countless promises that the matter would be investigated and that someone would contact us — yet nothing has changed.

The problem continues with no meaningful assistance or improvement. We are paying for a service that MTN simply is not delivering.

After giving MTN every opportunity to resolve the issue, our patience has run out. Very poor service and absolutely no follow-through. I would not recommend MTN for reliable internet service.
