Extremely Poor Service and Unacceptable Delays

Delayed statements and invoices for the month of September when same was meant to have been sent on the 4th... Whatsapp message was generated on the 3rd to confirm that it is ready but the statement/invoice is not on the app. This is urgently required and the responses I get are appalling. I'm being sent from pillar to post, what's so hard in regenerating my new invoice and emailing it? Yesses such a despicable company!!
