Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Accountability

I app**** for one contract with MTN, but two lines were activated without my consent. Despite explaining this multiple times, I was told to pay a termination fee for a line I never requested. After asking to cancel both contracts due to the poor service, only one was cancelled—even though I made it clear I wanted both cancelled. This experience has shown a complete lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns. I no longer trust MTN and would not recommend their services.
