extremely poor service

I upgraded to new Catt B15Q cel phone it gave me problems from start i wanted to send it back but was told they where on strike waited 2 months then send it back to them for repairs it has been back to them 2 times already first time for nearly 2 months and now nearly 2 months again every time they say the wall replace it but no stock now they want to give me a refurbish phone but also no stock as the phone can not do what they advertise it to do i don't want it anymore i bought a new phone not a refurbish phone handed in on 4 of January still sitting without phone
