Extremely poor level of service

0 star in fact. Upgraded 3months ago during lock down. Online consultant has over promised but now under delivered. I have contacted online retensions 3 times with waiting que levels of over 20-40 minutes. I have been promised a call back from the consultant including supervisors on every occasion. I have approached a store and still no help has been given. Time to hand over Mtn to my legal team. I have tried absolutely everything. Lost all faith with Mtn. ***
