EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MTN South Africa Albert falls !!

Horrible customer service. The area of Albert falls 15kms from Pietermaritzburg which primarily works over MTN data hasn't had a data connection for the past 4 weeks . With massive loss of income, multiple businesses and home industries have been affected . MTN Does not care !!!!! If the issue isn't resolved with in 24 hours there are over a hundred MTN clients that are going to move over to the next best network . Very disappointed in the response from MTN .
