Extremely Poor Customer Service

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE Your call center is a joke. I've been holding for 30minutes with a query and your consultants don't listen! They just want to transfer the call to all different departments without trying to assist. The sales agent was quick to assist when I took out the contract but nowhere to be found when I need assistance. I need a port request to be actioned. I regret taking out this contract. Please get Xolani Kubeka to sort out this mess!
