Extremely poor back up service MTN

i recently app**** online for a cellphone contract, the experience was fantastic, i was actually impressed. that was untill i had to track my order. i have been sent from pillar to post for over two hours with one inept person to the next at MTN and not one single person can tell me where my order is. i eventually called to cancel as i couldnt deal with the frustration. not only was i told i cant be assisted but the phone was just transfered and line was dropped. i am trying to get someone, anyone that can assist me. not even the whatsapp line is of any assistance. calling the 135 line you hold for 2 minutes, i did this 3 times and still in the same position i was before i started calling. what a disaster
