Gregory Muthen (Outbound Call Centre Agent at MTN Direct) has provided me with excellent assistance in porting from my previous network to MTN and obtaining my new contract.<br> <br> Delivery of the phone occurred within 2 days of providing my details and he was available and willing to assist with other ancillary issues (including emailing me to check up that everything had been sorted on a Saturday morning).<br> <br> I am very impressed with the service from him and his dedication to customer satisfaction and believe he is a credit to the company.
