Extremely horrible I was called for an upgrade for which mtn has decided to have plenty issues. I agreed to an upgrade with the black Friday deal from mtn which consisted of a Samsung s25fe and a tablet for r600 a month for 36 months Delivery took over two weeks and closer to billing date I see the contract pricing incorrect and mtn decides to charge me 800 instead of 600. Trying to get in contact to resolve this took countless dropped calls and over 3 hours spent on the phone already with no resolve. Disgusting service from mtn
