Extremely frustrating delivery experience with MTN and RTT Couriers

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I have received from MTN and RTT Couriers regarding the delivery of my phone.

Delivery has now been attempted three times, but each attempt has been unsuccessful because the OTP required to receive the delivery keeps being sent to the incorrect mobile number. This is despite me providing my correct contact number from the beginning and following up to have the details corrected.

I have also provided the correct delivery address and requested that MTN and RTT coordinate to update the incorrect information, but the issue has still not been resolved. As a result, I am still without my phone due to an error that should have been corrected after the first failed attempt.

This process has been incredibly frustrating, inconvenient and unacceptable.

Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up for basic delivery details to be corrected, especially when the delay is caused by incorrect information being used by the service provider or courier.

I would appreciate urgent intervention from both MTN and RTT to update my correct mobile number, confirm the corrected details in writing, and arrange successful delivery without any further delays.
