extremely disgusting service at MTN Insurance

<p>I have contract with MTN and my number is ********** 884.I lodge a claim on the 29/07/2016 with MTN Insurance for damage screen. They gave me so many runarouds with my claim. Its almost 12 months this matter is not finalised. Last time they said they will contact me and come and pick up the phone for repairs.But nothing happenned. No one contacted me or gave me updates about my claim. My premius with them are uptodate and I have paid the excess of R350 in cash last year. The y gave so many reference numbers ********** 8, ********** .The latest number I have is MTN-478806 given by Ibrahim today</p>
