Extremely Disappointing Service

My experience with Mondo has been one of the worst I’ve ever had. I have been trying to cancel my contract after returning the router to an MTN store, but I keep being sent in circles. MTN tells me to call 135 with no help, and Mondo does not answer calls or respond to emails.

I have explained several times that the data package no longer serves its purpose, yet I’m told they “cannot cancel” my contract because the 10-day period has passed. There is absolutely no willingness to assist or understand the situation.

The lack of support, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. Customers should not have to fight this hard to get help. This has been a completely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Mondo to anyone.
