EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING MTN

The log a query with MTN ***** department on the 3/11/25 - RAQ*** and up to date i have had no response, i have emailed and spoken to numerous agents daily. Today to was the cherry on the top, i spoke to an agent by the name of Zinzi Mthamo who was unable to assist me and informed me that her supervisor will call me back, i requested the name of the supervisor and i was informed that she's not allowed to give out the name of her supervisors, she point blank refused to to give me the name of the supervisor thats going to call me. i even offered to hold on until her supervisor was free but she refused.

I have never experienced such pathetic and unprofessional service from a corporate call centre...EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING MTN
