**Extremely Disappointing Experience with MTN**

We ordered a SIM card online with the SuperFlex option, providing all the necessary information for delivery. Initially, everything seemed fine. However, when we tried to update the delivery address, MTN was completely unhelpful. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, we were passed from one agent to another, with no resolution. Eventually, they stopped contacting us entirely.

Frustrated, we decided to abandon the process and start over. To our surprise, the original SIM card was eventually delivered—without any notification or follow-up.

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. The SuperFlex plan is advertised to include unlimited minutes, but when we activated the SIM, it had **no airtime, minutes, data, or anything** loaded. After calling MTN again, we were once more subjected to endless calls, transfers, and complete lack of assistance from agents.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. MTN has wasted our time, failed to deliver on their promises, and provided no viable support to resolve the issues. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
