Extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism

<p>I fail to fathom what MTN is turning into. I do not understand if they have become a joke of some kind. I have been to 2 branches namely fishoek and Century city applying for a contract. Simple procedures that should take less than two weeks to process, its almost two months and i do not have any feedback at all!!!!! The consultants are arrogant,improfessionals and have no empathy at all!! Im extremely disgusted and disappointed.</p> <p>Come on MTN!!!!!</p>
