MTN doesn't deliver at all! Extremely Disappointed with MTN Service

I am highly dissatisfied with MTN’s service. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating:

Delivery: MTN does not deliver as promised.

Customer Service: Poor, unprofessional, and unhelpful.

Agents: Clueless, lacking knowledge of their own processes, and unable to resolve issues.

Experience: Time-wasting, frustrating, and unprofessional.

This has been the most disappointing service I have encountered from any company. I expected far better from MTN, and I am left deeply dissatisfied.

I urge MTN to take accountability, re-train their staff, and improve their processes immediately to prevent other customers from going through this
