Extremely Disappointed with MTN Service

I am deeply disappointed with MTN's service. I recently signed up for a new cellphone data contract, expecting a smooth and convenient experience. However, I am now unable to load airtime or purchase a voice bundle, which is both frustrating and unacceptable.

I rely on my phone for both personal and professional communication, and this issue has caused significant inconvenience. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter, I have not received any satisfactory support or explanation from MTN.

When customers sign up for a contract, they expect it to work seamlessly, without such basic functionality being compromised. This experience has made me question MTN's commitment to delivering reliable services. Regards Ruan
