Extremely disappointed - Not receiving the deal I was promised and advertised!

I am very disappointed. I app**** for the deal advertised on MTN's website for the Pre-order of the Samsung S9+ as I was due for an upgrade - the reason that I app**** for this deal was because the deal came with a free Samsung GearFit Pro 2. I would not have app**** for the deal had it not been for this - I have the old Gear Fit and I wanted the new one. My application was processed by a lady known as Granny and she assured me that the Gear Fit Pro 2 was definitely part of the deal. The deal was done over the phone and on the 3rd of March 2018. She said that it was all fine and that I would receive SMS to confirm the upgrade. I did not receive these. I was later contacted on the 7th of March 2018 by another consultant - a man (can't remember his name). He said that there was a glitch with the system but saw that Granny had done the deal and I still qualified for the Watch. He said that I had to claim it from the Samsung Rewards App. He never said anything about a time limit to claim or anything like that. All these conversations were recorded, as far as I understand. He promised me that the deal was now fine and I would receive the SMS confirming the upgrade. Still nothing. Then another lady phoned me from MTN - can't remember her name either. She also found the application on the system and said that I had to submit bank statements and I don't know what all. I told her that this was new to me and nobody had told me to submit such documents. She said she would phone me back. Then all of a sudden low and behold, the SMS's came through confirming my upgrade. This was on the 9th of March 2018. I then also received an SMS on the 18th of March 2018 telling me that DSV Mounties would be in contact to arrange delivery. They phoned, and a lady told me that they would only be able to deliver my phone on the 26th of March 2018. I received the phone yesterday. I installed the Samsung Rewards App and no option to claim the Gear Fit Pro 2 is there. I saw some comments on MTN's Facebook and here on Hello Peter that I only had until the 22nd of March 2018 to claim my free Gear Fit Pro 2. How was I supposed to claim it before then if the phone was only delivered to me by MTN's service provider on the 26th of March 2018? This is false advertising and I am not considering cancelling my contract. I have tried to contact MTN but they don't respond. I have a ticket number from their online shop contact centre - but no response received. This is the ticket number: Ticket#: ********** 7. I am very disappointed and it is not my fault that I only received the phone after the deadline. I believe that MTN should give me the watch - It was their service that let me down and no fault of my own.

Waiting for your Sales Department to contact me is making me old and if I were to hold my breath waiting, I'd suffocate! I have spoken to about 20 different people already and I am getting different stories from all of them! I am not a happy customer and instead of assisting me with my problem, all MTN have done so far is further frustrate me! I was now told to email Samsung and jump through some more hoops - why was this not communicated from the word go? Why must it be frustration and being messed about? It also took more than a week for you to respond to my Hello Peter complaint. MTN doesn't have to wait for weeks on end and get pushed around when it deducts my contract fees monthly - these are paid on time every time but when it comes to assisting a customer, the service is just simply not there! Very disappointed! I am still waiting for this mysterious person to call me and tell me I am going to get my Samsung GearFit Pro 2 - I am not letting this go! This was what was promised to me - I will go as far as I have to go to get what I was promised! I will escalate this if I do no get assistance by the end of this week! I am very unhappy MTN! I have never had such bad service from you guys - seriously - pull up your socks!
