Extremely Disappointed – No Service or Feedback

I am writing on behalf of my sister regarding her experience withMTN INSURANCE. She submitted a request on 22/09/2025, and it has now been 7 days with no service and no feedback from the company.

This lack of communication and responsiveness is completely unacceptable. Despite following up multiple times, she has received no updates or acknowledgment of her request.

I would strongly caution others about relying on this company, as their customer service and accountability appear to be severely lacking.
