Extremely Disappointed in MTN
It is with Great disappointment that I have to complain again for the same thing
The credit reference : ***
I was promised that my package was sorted and the up coming month 12th I will receive my full data package. It is the 12th and I only received 20GB day +20GB night express. This is incredibly frustrating now and quite frankly extremely unprofessional.
This needs to be sorted Today.
