extremely disappointed ...
I have 3 cell phone contracts with MTN for a few years now and as of 2015 ,I am extremely disappointed with their billing service. I am being billed for Data Bundles even though it part of a promotion MTN has been running ..also charged for a Contract that I have cancelled via email and telephonically ,even have a reference number for the cancellation .I have been to the MTN Store in Pavillion .have reference number but still have not received any Credits <br> . I have made too many calls and wasted too much time on the phone trying to sort my accounts out. Still no joy!!<br> I have lost faith in MTN...will note recommend them to anyone !!
