EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE OR RATHER NO SERVICE AT ALL

I was a Nashua mobile client for more than 10 years on the MTN network with no problems, then we were moved to our network providers.<br> <br> First I was billed for an early upgrade fee because I came from Nashua mobile, I upgraded in January 2015 at the Vaal Mall branch so no early upgrade. Then my line was suspended at the beginning of May after 2 weeks of struggle and reporting this on MTNACTIVE with no reply as yet, my line was opened for a day and a half just to struggle again as I can't use my data that I have. Just to find out that they forgot to activate the GPRS service on their side. I also found out that MTN cancelled my sim insurance after profoundedly asking the assitant to not cancel this with my upgrade! Then one day later and my line got suspended again, just when the strike started at MTN. Was this deliberate? No person can tell me why my line was suspended again nor can it be activated. <br> <br> My question is now will I be compensated for the loss of work due to this as I use my phone for work purposes but can't as I can't do anything with it! Or will MTN just struck their shoulders and say SORRY? I am looking at taking Cell C's offer for a buy out of my contract, won't you?
