Extremely bad service I have ever had in my life.

I have been with contract with mtn for more than 10 years. On the 20 April 2022 went to open new contract as usual after the lapse of the old guess what my phone was dropped by one of their Samsung consultant dropped it on the floor and it broke and immediately mtn staff and manager distanced themselves mind you I haven't even hold my phone with my hands. The Samsung sent me from pilla to post about getting the phone on the agreed time then I told them to cancel it only then they jumped to help but it was already late was not even interested. They forced me to take regardless and still told them I don't want it. Then recently my other data contract is suspended for no reason. Mtn management discarded me like nothing with regard to this matter which this alone talks to the abuse that these companies such like MTN are capable of doing. Extremely bad service I have ever had in my life.
