Extremely bad service from Bareng at Mtn Clearwater Mall.

I wish there was a option for no stars.

I don't know where start or maybe by saying that Mtn's *********** staff really needs to go back to school and study customer service.

I've being paying for insurance and when I need to claim they say that I've been paying for the incorrect phone even though the phone is on contract. Insurance was taken with Mtn and the consultant Bareng from the Clearwater Mall branch did not update anything on his side when the contract was renewed. Now I'm waiting from last year for either my insurance premiums be paid back or the phone repaired.
