Extremely Bad Service by MTN

After wasting time, money and all the communication via emails, attempted phone calls and messenger trying to get results has failed with MTN. I have also cancelled my contract as discussed in previous communication and reversed the first payment and said that the cell phone can be collected from my home. To date I have heard nothing. I have since gone to another provider that has handled things much better than MTN. I hereby want nothing more top do with MTN.
