EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT

good day i did an application for 2 handsets at the 14th avenue store i received the one handset and the sim card which is activated and working the second handset they could not invoice due to the system after many attempts and running around the order was invoiced i was given the sim card but it is not activated and the order is not completed on there system the consultant has done everything escalating the issue everyday since if this matter is not resolved by the end of today i will be reporting this matter to ICASA AND TAKING IT FURTHER I AM WASTING MONEY AND TIME BY HAVING TO KEEP CALLING THEM AND RUNNING AFTER THEM
