Extremely bad service

I have a MTN data contract and as from the 21st of june 2020 till now i dont have any data after the payment was made on debit order from my bank account to the value of R425.39 and the amount that i agreed to when taking the contract was R299 a month. I have tried many time to contact them on the number that is supp**** by them and no joy MTN doen not want to help their customers after they take your money
