Extremely bad customer service

MTN is a ****!!😤I ordered & payed for their uncapped home internet deal online on the 26 of August 2024 and haven’t received any constructive communication thereafter. When I call them I get redirected but none of the departments are able to pick up my information, they can’t even pick up their own references that their system provide after ordering, never had to experience such incompetency and unprofessionalism when I’m not even their official customer, this kind of service is pathetic and uncalled for, they need to decide if they’re running a business or continue with these ****ming behaviours! till today I still haven’t received my package and there’s still no communication from MTN, worst decision I’ve ever made this year is joining them, I want my money!
