Pathetic service.

I've been waiting for almost one month to claim my phone back. Every agent gives me a different story. They made promises 2 weeks ago that my phone will be delivered as I pay on the 21th of November already. I call and email but no one can give me answer. I'm really disappointed and will cancel my insurance and phones that I have with mtn Please train your staff at call center
