Extremely appalling Service from MTN

Poor service, from MTN, Extremely poor. I app**** for my claim and it was approved morethan 3months ago and iv been getting the runaround I can even be productive anymore as I work from home, I put my faith in your service only to be stabbed in the back. Everytime I email I receive a different consultant. My MTN Ticket number is [Ticket ID: 596585] MTN72825. For such a big company this is appalling and I can’t imagine the damage you are doing to your reputation. Please sort my issue out ASAP as I have been waiting for nearly 4months.
