Extreme poor service from MTN

In March 2021 I was telephonically convinced by a certain Lee-Ann from MTN to buy a certain "special" from MTN for "special loyal customers". On 10/03/21 I made a cancellation, but after numerous calls and many empty promises, no cancellation was done in 4 months ! In the meantime I am debited for the full amount every month. Great frustration ! Never again will I do telephonic MTN transactions !
