Extreme lack of support

For the past three months I've been struggling to cancel my contracts with MTN. I was given instructions by individuals at MTN customer care to call each month and each time the cancel date got extended by a month. When I tried to call in July I was not even able to get past the autimated recording as I was cut off shortly fter. I went to two MTN stores and they were just as pathetic as the call centre in helping resolve the issue. This is gerting very frustrating and my network has been suspended.
