Extreme incompetence over extended period

I have been a loyal customer of your services, porting will be my next action as being loyal doesn't hold any merit to this so called GOOD provider. I am once again writing to find out when my phone is going to be returned, after numerous attempts to get information on where my handset is, six weeks afterwards, I am still in the dark and without a handset. I paid the excess fee for my claim on the 13 October and have heard nothing from you since, not to talk of the loan phone you promised! It seems to me that Mtn either has no interest in helping, as you continue with your ********* practices to a loyal customer. I have been following through your repairs center, and one consultant advised me that they have no stock and don't even know when they will receive the stock (shocked). Not to mention the fact that this whole claim process turnaround time was suppose to be up to 5 days, unfortunately been going on since last month. I am tired of following up and I hereby insisted now either a new replacement handset or I want to cancel my MTN contract without any penalty.
