EXTREAMLY RUDE

Being in the retail business myself and can understand how difficult dealing with people all day can be I am appalled by the extremely rude staff at the MTN store in the Fourways mall. The manageress at the store was totally unhelpful and when I told her that she was being rude she then said that she would no longer help with the Sim swop that I was trying to get. If the card had belonged to me I would have gone to another service provider for a card. Unfortunately I was getting the card on behalf of someone else. With the amount of people I meet every day and talk to I am going to make it a point when the opportunity is given to tell them not to have anything to do with MTN. Very disappointed in the service given. Customer service should be number one priority in any business.
