EXTREAMLY FRUSTRATED AND DISSATISFIED CLIENT

It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to keep sending emails and make calls to MTN. I have been struggling with MTN since March 2021 to fix my account. To date I have sent 14 emails and made over 40 calls but still MTN is absolutely NO help. At what point are you going to fix my account? Every month I have to call in order to have my number unsuspended because your accounting system is not correct.
