Extra charges on my Bill

<p>I activated services "MTN WKLY 2G ADHOC" for a price of R0.00 and "Once-off MTN to MTN 25 Min" for R0.00 and "Once-off Anytime 50 min" for R0.00 on the MTN website. When I looked at my account, I realised that MTN charges me for all these services that they advertised as R0 monthly cost. I logged a complained with Thembelihle Maheng but got no feedback. I then logged call with all MTN helpdesk and service desks and send them the proof and screenshots. STILL NO FEEDBAC****!!!</p> <p> </p>
