Extra Billing

I have contract of home router and Samsung Z3 folder which I am paying for since 2022 instead of being billed for 2items I was billed for 3itemsof which I have realized of it in mid 2023 and when I inquire about it I told it was for data and I could not understand because I had wi fi In 2024 money was still being debited and I asked for its cancelation but it did not happen only in July 8th cancelation was done successfully then I went to the store that's where I was told that it was for the hand router which I did not owned or received from MTN the problem is I have lodged a *****ulent complaint with them in September 4th 2024 and submitted relevant documents but till today when I ask for update I am being told to submit documents and their still making extra debits when I reverse the money my services are terminated
