EXTORSION OF MONEY FROM MONDO SUPPLING MTN BRAND CONTRACTS

Unit was delivered 30/09/22 returned to MTN 14th Avenue 5th October 2022, escalated to *** and *** and nothing done about the cancellation as at today's date the 25/10/2022! would like to know who I can get in touch with to see if anyone at MTN is actually interested in the MONDO company tarnishing the MTN BRAND. I returned a router sold to me on a contract from MONDO under false information. On returning the item I discovered that there are a number of people experiencing the same problem with false information and sales from this company who are promoting the MTN BRAND. Is there nothing to be done about this? It would seem that they are blatant in the EXTORSION money from unsuspecting clients who rely on MTN being a service provider that can be trusted!!!
