extended without permission
good day contract was renewed/upgraded not sure what it is but extended for 2 more years without informing myself. the phone was suspended and after payment enquired about when contract is finish and was informed 2017 when it started in November 2013. I never received any notification to inform about anything and know I have to wait on the legal department till god know when, received a reference number *** but still waiting. phoned twice already and consultants somewhat useless as only legal dept can help but they are not reachable. I want this resolved as I do not wish to be on a contract basis.
