Exploiting it's customers
I purchased airtime via ewallet , the first was R30 l sent to a friend, he only received R23, and l purchased myself for R15 and l receive R13 , and on my wallet R1.50 x 2 service charge was deducted from my account. I then tried to call the customer service and all the R13 was gone nobody answering. This is so draining

We had a chat with the prepaid department to see if they can assist, the have notified us that it will be better if you call them for assistance on line.
The contact number for prepaid is 135 from the device, this is a free service from a MTN prepaid number, the service is available 24 hours and there is always agents available, please try if now due to the connection for calls so busy at this time of the day.
They explained to me that MTN do not have E-wallet and you need to speak to your financial institution .
You have not mentioned as well the cell number you have purged for your friend of R30.00
You can also attached the proof of purged and email to ***, 48 hours turnaround time
