On the 21st of May I wrote a complaint, on the 28th of May, Tim of Mtn Complain Management Team responded, and told me that my money will be paid back after 3 working days. Its already the 8th of June, and im still waiting for my money to be paid back, and you cant even phone mtn because the people is on a strike mission.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delay with the credit being allocated to the account.
Due to the industrial action we were facing our Banking Department has been affected. The credits that we've approved and submitted for allocation were pending.
I can confirm that the credit will be allocated the account soon. The reference number for the credit is SR# ***.
